Online Yoga Classes

Welcome to Even You Yoga Online, I passionately believe in Yoga for real life and even under the current circumstances I would love to share with you a regular practice to keep your body and mind supple and strong, this is why I will be continuing to offer online Yoga Classes for just £30 during September.

In Case You Miss It

I’ve listened to your feedback and I’m now delighted to say that everyone who signs up will also receive a link to access a recording of every single class the following day which means you can still enjoy a yoga practice with me, even if you can’t make the live time slots.

Live Class Times

Classes will be held on Monday and Thursday evenings as well as Friday mornings and will be suitable for all levels and abilities. Each session will focus on intelligent movement to create strength and flexibility and of course each class will finish with a guided relaxation to soothe your mind and heart.

In addition to the weekday classes, there will be two bonus Sunday afternoon classes. There will be a 60-minute Yoga Nidra, AKA an extra-long guided relaxation to boost your overall wellbeing and sleep. And a 90-minute restorative yoga class.

New Students

If you are a new student who would like to join the classes, please complete the Health Questionnaire and send it over to me via email.

Relaxing Yoga Nidra

If you’ve never practised Yoga Nidra before, you’re in for a treat. Also known as ‘yogic sleep’ think of this class as a longer and deeper version of that relaxation that we all love at the end of every yoga class. This is perfect for you if you’re struggling with sleep or you just want some time to yourself to completely relax.

There are no yoga movements in this class and all you’ll need is a blanket and one or two cushions.
